The Embodi Method

Optimize The System

To move freely and perform at your best, the body must operate as a coordinated system.

Performance, recovery, and longevity are not separate processes — they are outcomes of how efficiently the body’s systems communicate, organize, and transfer energy.

The Embodi Method focuses on optimizing the drivers of system performance:

• Nervous system coordination
• Energy flow through the body
• Movement organization
• Breath and pressure
• Efficient force transfer

When these systems align, the body adapts faster, recovers more efficiently, and movement becomes fluid, powerful, and sustainable.

Build Awareness

Freedom of movement starts with body awareness.

Tightness, fatigue, stiffness, and changes in performance are not random.

They are signals from the body about how energy and movement are being organized.

Embodi³ athletes learn to recognize these signals clearly.

Instead of guessing or pushing through restrictions, they begin to understand what their body is communicating in real time — and how to respond.

That awareness becomes a powerful advantage.

Athletes who understand their bodies:

• Adjust earlier
• Move more efficiently
• Recover faster
• Sustain performance over time

Awareness turns everyday feedback into a tool for moving and living more freely.

Reorganize Movement

Efficient movement is not something that can be forced.

It emerges when the body’s systems are organized and communicating clearly.

Through advanced performance technologies and guided movement, Embodi³ athletes learn to recognize where energy and coordination may be leaking from their system.

As movement becomes more organized:

• Movement feels lighter
• Power becomes easier to access
• Tension begins to release
• Efficiency improves
• Recovery becomes faster

The goal is simple:

Restore clean signal flow so movement becomes fluid, powerful, and free.

When the system is organized, the body doesn’t have to fight itself.

It simply moves the way it was designed to move.

Zach Michael

The Creator of The Embodi Method

Zach Michael is a chemical and biomedical engineer turned athletic performance innovator who helps people solve performance and recovery challenges at their most foundational level.

Trained in first-principle analysis and systems engineering, he views the body the same way an engineer views a complex design: first understand the energy of the system, identify the true bottleneck, and build solutions that deliver the desired outcome as efficiently as possible.

Every process in the body—nervous, muscular, metabolic, or structural—depends on the storage and transfer of energy. When engineering analysis is combined with a deep understanding of human physiology, remarkable outcomes can be achieved.

For nearly a decade, Zach and his businesses have applied this framework to help athletes—from youth competitors to NFL stars like Saquon Barkley and Breece Hall—recover faster, move freely, and perform at their highest level. Through his company, Embodi³, and The Embodi Method, he teaches athletes how to understand their own energy systems, restore efficient flow, accelerate recovery, and unlock performance that feels effortless again.

Hear From Zach’s Clients…

Zach got our son, Cooper, where he needed to be both mentally & physically in order to fulfill his dream of playing college basketball after a devastating ACL & meniscus tear his senior year of high school.”

— Chrissy, Mother of Cooper

Zach was a phenomenal teacher/coach in helping me get my back problem straightened out. I went from waking up every few hours because of back pain, to being able to sleep through the night and move around freely. Thanks for all your help!"

— Devin

“Zach patiently answered questions from our son, Jackson, and I, when we needed it, and acted as a friend and coach as we navigated the uncertainty ahead. We will forever be grateful to Zach for his kindness, enthusiasm, and encouragement.

— Jennifer, Mother of Jackson
